duno when ppl start reporting it's PS3 died...
I think many ppl don consider that heat is a problem...
but long term it is a problem for your console n also ur mobo/pcb...

hmmm i still wonder y don all of them solve this problem...
I remember ppl compliaining PS2 product a lot of heat during the 1st version...
y not PS3 still like that??? hmm....
my sis's bf PS2 died after 2 yrs... so he bought the 2nd version...
n i think quite some number ppl also face that problem wif the 1st version...
does this become a life cycle... which every console have to face???

ermmm... adding fans add the back is not advisable...
if ur fan is not fast enough then it will prevent the air being sucked out faster...
mostly i prefer to place at the bottom though...

if you feel more air is coming out then ok..
coz there are another fan in side..
if the air flow is not that much at out side then it is blocking the air from inside to come out..

if you feel it is ok then ok lo..
but i prefer the one in the vertical one..
haha... at least you can feed more air thru the holes...

but at least in vertical position you will for the air in not out..
cos at the back if the fans is not sucking the air out faster... it will kick the air back in..
coz the ori fans is sucking air out at the back...
jus like the inner air flow is sucking hot air out of the console..
but the outer fan is not sucking air as fast as the inner one...
so it will make hot air 'jam'!!!
bottom one we suck cold air or fresh air in... then so it makes more sense lo...
