Well i played in Aircond n non-aircond room b4...
as i can tell you can feel the heat when you are in a non aircond room...
but in aircond room pls don directly face ur 360 to the cool air...
as it can cause the solder to crack also... over cool...
n also common sense... cold... hot... cold... hot...
it can cause crack for the GPU ball soldering also...

hence... place it in a well ventilated place...

when you on ur 360 for downloading do you on a fan to blow it or jus leave it there...

how to mod our console to get more air intake... hmmm...

it will be better if you have the laptop cooling base on it bottom... when it is on Horizontal position...

actually it is not due to air-conded room or not..
coz the heat in the thing then cold down..
can cause the crack between the join also mah...

no la.. don blow it directly..
remember until certain temperature some join will be more easy to crack...
if you study material science then you will know more...
directly blow it wif air-cond then it will be very cold then..
then for sure there will be some breaking point for the solder joint...
