Good job Gamespot! Um, we mean, bad, bad job Gamespot. MyGamerCard reports that Gamespot accidentally leaked a video of the information they received about a May 7 update for the Xbox 360's dashboard. Highlights include:

- 600 Windows Live Messenger contacts for your friends list
- Contact list will integrate Windows Live Messenger and show joinable session status
- Messenger contacts see what game you're playing and gamertag
- Marketplace has own blade, skin will change independent from theme
- Users will now see what achievement they've unlocked onscreen
- Low-power download mode followed by auto-shutdown
- You can watch partially downloaded video files

I thought we can already watch partially download video? The other day i can watch a video that is still downloading at 60%

@silen5er: wat do u mean? issit like instead of using ur current xbox live id (which is tied to gmail address), u use ur msn address for the chat function? tell me when u know the solution, coz i'd like to know as well.

as for the messenger function, it would be annoying when u've got a chat buddy that would write 3 words per message, and send 10 messages at one go (like "hey wassup stupid" "have you eaten" "that nasi lemak" "that i bought" "bla bla bla".....). ur xbox sure hang every few minutes.

....currently im still dloading the GOW maps.......i've been dloading it for 5 hours now. .....tomorrow i'll bring my 360 to office to dload back all my stuff......maybe i shud try those xsata/xport thingy to backup all my contents....

xsata / xport sometimes when import back from PC back to Xbox360 sometimes might has error as well...

I'd say the memory card is your best bet. Thinking of getting the 512mb one when its available (of course have to check the price also )

The (bad, very bad) boys over at Gamespot have once again leaked a supposed top secret Xbox 360 announcement. Over the weekend, Gamespot revealed the features of the upcoming Xbox 360 spring dashboard update through a video preview and now they accidentally posted the first images and info of the much-rumored QWERTY keyboard controller attachment. Before they realized of such mistake, the content of that article was saved and posted in several boards.
