haha.... zio... if you can put the DVD Into the tray n it can be loaded...
tell us ok... n pls don tell me put the disc in 1st then rotate it upside down...

they have but not for that upsidedown...
it meant to hold it when it is in vertical position...

you can try Djiin one... as he is giving 1 to 1 exchange for 3 months...
more than that if within 1 yr... still have warranty from MS>...
