Last off topic media player post.
If you wanna play most of video that you've *acquired* without going throught any transcoding. an iPod or Zune is the last thing you want. A Creative Zen Vision : M or W, can play pretty high bitrate AVI files, as long as they have an MP3 audio track. If you want a PERFECT player which can play pretty much any AVI which you've got including those with AC3 audio streams, you'll need something else like say something by Archos or iRiver. Those are hard to come by around here, but there's a lot of them in Singapore. |

Guitar so far is wired, all MS peripheral are wireless. Depends on wheter the OEM wants to go the distance to support the MS wireless controller radio. And the manufacturer for the guitar already said that MS is keeping proprietary control over the wireless protocols.
But we'll see how lar. |

systems updates aren't stored in the hard disk or memory units. system updates are stored in a special flash memory area in your box like BIOS

Tips for GW:RE? Don't really have any.
- Shoot straight in front of you, don't shoot wildly. - Concentrate on your local area of the screen, and not everywhere. - Use your ears and listen for the damn red ships to charge at you. - Don't feel anger when you die, death is inevitable. It's about balancing Life + Multiplier + Bombs to survive long. Search YouTube for various hardscore videos. Or just check out my summary video |

QUOTE(Hezra @ Jan 19 2007, 12:42 PM) I experienced this many times... especially if you're in game and accesing the dashboard... Sometimes the dashboard hang, but the game is still running... that's what we call the 'Guide Hang'. it typically happens when traffuc is bad. You can try leaving it for a while (for some ppl if they leave it for a minute or two) and see if it comes back to life. for myself what I experienced a few time was if someone sent me a messge it come back to life too! it's one of the shittier thing that happen to us on Live |

the CONTROLLER was freaking hot?
That definetly can't be right, controllers usually don't have enough stuff in them to make them go boom. |

QUOTE(ImSIEBEL @ Feb 21 2007, 11:13 AM) Actually you can't trust the battery meter on rechargables, they measure the voltage left on the battery, there isn't any real measurement of how much real 'juice' is still in the battery. And the power output of a rechargable battery is a very steep curve, so it's power output might go from pretty good to pretty bad very quickly. As for charge cycles, with the Xbox 360, before I got my play N charge kit I can't believe I actually KILLED a few batteries until they can't accept charge anymore |
