My old graphic card ATI 7850 2gb barely can handle over throw duos mode.
When Luna (with immortal custom ultimate effect) open ultimate, it lag in war fight.

my monitor are 23inch 1080p.

i will say get ATI > R9 270x or Nvidia > GTX 760

Wew, sad to hear that, but my R7 260X still can perform quite good after this latest patch.

Without war : 85 FPS

Intense war : 45-55 FPS which still considered good for max settings I think. Just a bit laggy.

I am using i3 only btw. HAHA sweat.gif

250-300 FPS, GTX 970. But my performance (gameplay) dropped by over 50%... just can't play with reborn, that's why I stopped dota.

Using R9 290X, all maxed out.
Runs at maximum fps at all times on all modes.

But I turned on v-synchronize, so it follows my monitor's max refresh rate @ 144hz.

My friend's i7 3770 + HD7970 also runs as good.

Question - do you need an i7 to max out performance on a 290X? I heard that an i5 is sufficient and the performance increase from the i7 doesn't justify the price difference.

It's enough.
i5 is already enough for gaming
i7 is for both gaming and rendering

Hi, I m using i3 4160k with Asus strix gtx750 2gddr5
Running at 1080p, dota2 reborn setting max out.
I got average fps 90. It's never drop below 60 during intense fight. Max fps is about 120 to 130.
I on a tight budget so decided to build an i3 gaming rig
Turns out result are satisfying especially playing dota2.
If over clocked the gpu can even further boost the fps
Hope this helps.

Hi anybody here using gtx960 4 gig version to play d2 reborn? Any stable 60fps and above with that hardware?

Imma asking for reviews for that graphic card for d2, cuz im aiming to get either a 2 gig or 4 gig version.... problem is,I'm conflicted to decide which one of these 2 to get.

GTX960 can easily hit more than 100 FPS in Dota Reborn, 2GB is enough because it only uses 1.1GB VRAM on 1080p.

If you play other games too, please get 4GB version for future proof.
