He slowed down with the friction from the railing. He did not have a head on collision with a wall. Cars cabin are designed to withstand rollover. There was minimal damage to the crumple zone.

If he hit a wall at 190 km/h he wont be so lucky the next time.

Idiots like this should not have a driving license at all. If he wants to speed, do it on a track or autobahn.
