The presence of expats in the area of potpourri is noticeable. Not substantial, but noticeable. Consists mostly of Koreans, Japanese, and some westerners.
Japanese I assume is families with children attending the Japanese school opposite.
The fact that H2O markets their property as ‘mizu’ (water in Japanese) probably signifies they want a bigger chunk of the jap populations in the market.

I just booked one 900++ sqft unit at the Potpourri for RM792 per sq ft. Hope it's a good buy.

I would say it’s a good price considering that those who bought 3 years ago were also buying at 800-900 psf.
With the market being fairly stagnant for the past few years, it would not be rare to find units that are still selling at prices past owners bought few years back.
U also save on progressive interest and get a move in condition condo. Double plus there.

If you like ara damansara and potpourri as an own stay property then it’s a good buy. It has a nice aesthetic emotional pull to it. Quality wise also expected for a SHC property. The bridge link to citta is convenient for groceries and also movies.

However If you’re buying for investment, I would say that’s a different story. Not walkable to LRT. And it’s one of the more expensive condos in Ara. Personally, at 800psf, I believe there are better investment condos outside of Ara that you can buy.

Cheers
