interested to see what design shc has here after their epic failed visitor procedure entrance in previous project

visitor spend about 5-10mins each way for whole process of park first, queue up, registration, repark, wait for resident to come down to fetch etc, maybe more if long queue, and confusion on where to park. when visit is over, repeat the process again, resident escort down, repark the car, queue, deregister, then only can leave

and need 3-4 guards to supervise the procedure. end up residents complain its a waste of manpower, visitors complain leceh and time wasting and rather meet their friend at mamak outside.

owner told me that until now no solution because the building was built that way so always got complaints, arguement and even a few fights at the lobby, until they also paiseh to ask people to come visit them.
