By right, H2O suppose to complete months earlier than Potpourri, there is a group of owners whom are looking into legal action as KPKT has approved (via official letter signed by the menteri) to extend their VP date many months more than S/P date, although not a single word on compensation, they highly doubt there will be any since it was granted by gov. There were cases in the past where court overruled KPKT's action to simply allow handover extension. |
