There are new choices for meal under $20 in Citta Mall. Newly opened Pork Noodle Soup shop (beside Tealive) and Mikey Pizza (beside Watson).

Citta mall has seen some revival since the entry of Village Grocers. The latest tenants are quite a good mixture, especially the Barn and Mikey Pizza. You will be surprised with the traffic queuing on main road entering the mall daily especially during dinner time.

I would say that they actually grabbed quite a lot of customers away from Oasis Square. Oasis Square should seriously revise their evening parking rate which is ridiculous for a low traffic area.

Yes, there will be a mosque next to Urbana..I saw a signboard outside the plot stating mosque will be built.

Hi all, just want to bring to your awareness of what has been proposed to be built next to Urbana and quite close to the Potpourri:

Attached Image

Even though the date to voice objection has passed, do try and send in your feedback nevertheless. Urbana's JMB had received a letter from MBPJ (with feedback form) in December 2017 and some of the residents have returned the form and subsequently invited to a briefing at MBPJ.

So far from what we learnt, traffic impact assessment has been done and decision will be finalised later on by MBPJ's One Stop Centre. For owners, do enquire from your management/JMB on this, or if they're unaware, you may write to MBPJ.

Any potpourri owners here who have not moved in yet are upset as residents of other blocks i.e. A, B, F are slowly moving in already?

Besides this project by owner Majlis Agama, if not mistaken I recall another quarters for the Prasana staff on the Prasana land. Anyone can confirm?

Are they same price to start with?
Is there any reason you need to put 2 n 2 together and compare and pick your choice?

Potpurri definitely completing.

H2o dunno....macam still waiting for white knight (or yellow skin knight) from cina mari to rescue the project

Huh? H2O is almost nearing completion and there’s progress. Nothing like EC or ED that needs rescuing.

By right, H2O suppose to complete months earlier than Potpourri, there is a group of owners whom are looking into legal action as KPKT has approved (via official letter signed by the menteri) to extend their VP date many months more than S/P date, although not a single word on compensation, they highly doubt there will be any since it was granted by gov. There were cases in the past where court overruled KPKT's action to simply allow handover extension.

For own stay, very likely Potpourri but price psf now is much higher (assuming buy subsale since most units are out) Potpourri was developed by a more reputable developer in contrast to H2o's debatable track record. Staying at potpourri does feel more luxury than its neighbor for sure, linked by a bridge to Citta mall, bridge units, hanging deck etc shows Potpourri is a notch above H2O.

For rent wise generally H2o units come with more rooms compared to Potpourri, can cater for a greater family market, exterior/deco wise look less fancy compared to Potpourri. Some Potpourri units are already up for rent, talking about more or less RM3k per month fully furnished but I think it is going to be a niche market for that kind of pricing. I would think that H2o rental can be lower so more families can afford the rental unlike potpourri's rental but it is not a good comparison since one most likely offers fully furnished unit and the other is just semi.

This is purely based on 1 person's preference and opinion, everyone deserves their own view.

yeah, jalan lapangan terbang in front of Citta can get pretty bad in the evening too. Not to mention during rainy days, or every Friday.

not even close to benchmark H2O with potpourri. 1 sided win for me if you can afford for potpourri price
