can go to H2O thread in lowyat forum, many things were discussed there, still a notch away in comparison to SHC's Potpourri based on what I saw.

One thing I was quite impressed with SHC was the level of project details stated officially in 2 thick booklets (1 book for floor/unit plan, 1 book for facility) during launching. It is almost like a blueprint handed out to customers where u get to know exactly each type of unit at each floor

but remember Potpurri come with all renovation , furniture and electronic appliances. worth it. if freehold then potpurri is perfect home

Pretty awesome. Can join the Potpourri, ara damansara. Its a FB closed group for members only. Admin Mr. Zippo has been constantly uploading close up pictures (sometimes from the inside)

Pass by Potpourri and saw the IJM logo in the crane, Sub Contractor or they just pinjam the crane.

Maybe they are main contractors. Like EW's project in BBCC.

Quality project no doubt, there is still some number of units though..
probably due to pricing factor by developer

What are the latest confirmation on electric, water and assesment rate?

From my last visit to the showroom, SA said Nov 2017 is what they believe.

It is almost November now, from the outside still does not look 100% complete though, maybe VP in December?
