2) To be fair to me and other interested buyer, no reservation can be made, if you insist to reserve, please pay a NON REFUNDABLE (if you cancel the deal) deposit of Rm100, first come first serve!

3) Items above are NOT selling separately, EXCEPT keyboard (Rm550), mouse (Rm180) and monitor (Rm880). Therefore, questions like ‘pm for proc only’ ‘best price for gpu’ will not be entertained, sorry to say that.

5) STRICTLY COD ONLY, I don’t provide personal warranty for this rig so COD at somewhere can test this system is preferred, warranties are covered by manufacturers as I will provide you full box and receipt.

6) If testing is not possible, I will record a video of this rig based on your requests (with name on it, testing game, stress test or whatever you like) before we COD. This is to protect myself from mistake or damage caused by
buyer after transaction done.

7) Only COD at Kajang or Cheras, other locations subjects to petrol and tol, NO POSTAGE!
