I purchased Monthly 30RM in August 2015, then top up as follows:
1st top up: Early September- 10rm
2nd top up: Mid September- 10rm
3rd top up: 9 Oct- 10rm
Ever since 2nd top up, I cannot access data. But I can receive and make calls.
I spend most of my time in overseas, so I should not exceed my monthly cap.
Please advise.
