just my two cents,

For keep moving forward,

I just tot that it might has a plus value when you have an object very close to your camera. simply has it side and partially taken into the frame.

It will give a perspective of how far the runner was.

The background was already there. The runner in the mid. But somehow something lose in the front.

example, the dog.

need step outta dull colors and wb will really improve those
