hello guys
need help with you to list affordable monitors with the description in title that is already available locally without having to break the bank
by affordable i mean anything that is 1080p, 144Hz, 1ms, g-sync that is between 1k - 2k(?) or anything that you think is cheap enough for a monitor with those kind of specs
i tried asking around in garage sales and found this for 1.2k
http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/UM.FB0AA.A01

but it seems it is different than what we have here blink.gif

oh and please don't say you don't need g-sync with 144Hz, screen tearing won't happen on 144Hz, bla bla bla... screen tearing still happens on 144Hz monitors, although very rarely. i have personally seen my friend's 144Hz tearing although very, very tiny that you won't really notice it

G-Sync/variable refresh rate monitors are never cheap to begin with...  sweat.gif

Yes, variable refresh rates can be useful even at 144Hz... icon_idea.gif

Also, what's your PC specs first?  There's no point going 144Hz unless your machine is capable of pushing 144FPS in your games you play.  icon_idea.gif

yea i know sweat.gif
but considering the ROG Swift is around 3k++, and the one on acer US site lists $450, i would like to think 1080 ones are around 2k++
mine is a GTX 970 and the my current monitor is a 24" 1360x768 resolution TV, spitting around 200-300 fps ROFL

dota 2, lol, cs:go, any other singleplayer games, basically even if i DSR to 1923x1086 resolution, games usually reach 120fps++
the problem with DSR is sometimes texts don't scale well, they look blurry,etc... sweat.gif

Looks like the Malaysia version doesn't have Gsync, you need to look else where.

Seems like it
So... Anyone else knows any 1080p g-sync monitors available locally?
