I am an account holder for two numbers under Digi.
Recently, due to Digi bad coverage around my city plus the package Digi is offering for the new iPhone is not impressive, I had decided to port over to Maxis. When the port over is not successful, I called Digi up and only by then Digi told us that the port-over system had been shut down and will only re-open by November.
What makes me very unhappy is that such system failure should be notified in multiple communication channels instead of keeping quiet. I understand that nobody can anticipate the system failure, however, what Digi is doing now is almost like holding Digi customer's hostage and to keep paying for Digi service when we know that they are not offering the best package and service anymore.
Hope that LYN can verify and announce this situation to everyone.
