Bear in mind if getting from telco, if your phone got any problem and need to send for warranty,your only way is to send back to your respective telco instead of Apple service center(exp:1U mac city).

No offence but i saw alot of bad feedback about some telcos direct reject your phone eventhough it's not human damage. So think twice,dun because of the cheaper price and get yourself into trouble.

I thought telco set nowadays can go direct to the reseller's service center? Maybe I'm wrong.

I have used many units and models of iphones from iphone 3GS (sometimes I change capacity and colours for the same model ) and those units are from both telcos and resellers. Never faced any issues for warranty claims from both reseller and telco. Telcos and AASP both have one condition only, minimum 1 week replacement time. So no issues for me.

Need to go back to Telco first but was told if you're unsatisfied with the respective telco, you can contact Apple directly and they can help get it sorted out for you. They take customer satisfaction issues a bit more seriously than other phone makers - well, at least from what I read

I would add in, Apple better start their brain storming now in coming up with new features and innovation rather than "an improved chipset, a much faster processor, a better camera" kind of claims to continue enjoying its current market share. If not, consumers will just look elsewhere for a similar product that just works as well but with a much lower ownership cost.
