you can go to any apple premium reseller such as Switch, machines.. Should there be any replacement, you need to send in your phone, wait for 7 to 10 days. The policy has changed this year as they need to send your faulty phone to Singapore and they will check and send the replacement unit.

I just contact Celcom this morning. According to them the pre-order for iphone 6s still available to do pre-order for Celcom. But in condition you have to do your pre-order in below mentioned branch!
