Hi,
I'm Umobile Prepaid user. Now I wish to convert to Postpaid.

Question :
I still have credit like RM70, the balance will be waived after converted to postpaid? Or I can use it for next bill?

Thanks.

So, Umobile Postpaid U28 is the best to go? In stead of Prepaid?

@JJKTP

You are right, I mixed up with DG.

And RM50 is kinda stingy by UM's standards.

It's okay bro.

I do agree that it is a bit too low or should I say less generous by UM standard.

It is RM50. I have personally ask a couple of UM center a few weeks back before upgrading my prepaid to postpaid. Both of the UM center giving the same answer, RM50.
