Umobile Prepaid to Postpaid, Credit Balance

Hi, I'm Umobile Prepaid user. Now I wish to convert to Postpaid.
Question : I still have credit like RM70, the balance will be waived after converted to postpaid? Or I can use it for next bill?

You can carry the balance over to postpaid, max is RM100.

And RM50 is kinda stingy by UM's standards.

I have personally ask a couple of UM center a few weeks back before upgrading my prepaid to postpaid. Both of the UM center giving the same answer, RM50.
