Ive seen a youtube video whereby a Leopard 2 was using the Revolution armor. However that iinm/iirc was either just the Russian server or a test server.

Devs deemed the armor upgrade will make the Leopard 2 OP of some sort. Though it did make the Leopard undeniably cool looking.

However the Leopard 2A6 does get the EX armor (quite the grind and very costly), which increases the front armor (hull and turret) greatly. Sides are still weak though.

From the preview model of the Leopard 2A7+ the side armor was extended to nearly the rear end. Ive seen actual real life pictures where Leopards have additional side armor + cages (for engine ventilation), similar to the Challenger 2.

Before 0.13 and 0.14, using the Leopard 2AV (Tier 6) and Leopard 2 (tier 7) was really hard. The armor was so easily penetrated.

For myself, XM1 and M1 Abrams is the worst for the American line before 0.13 and 0.14, not sure how they fare after that. And the model of the M1 Abrams (Tier 7) is still wrong/off since the OBT started.

British/Challenger line was a breeze after the Chieftain Mk5. Too bad I never had the chance to sample/own the Mk6 Leader.

As for Russian line, learning to use the angled armor of the tank is useful. HP wise, they are the lowest MBT hp pool. Only advantage is the damage output.

Premium helps a little in respect of credit earnings. And with the last few updates, i believe the earning rate is much better. Note that, I am a PVE player due to bad internet connection in Kuching (ping just cant keep up for PVP).

And I have invested in this game for cosmetics and bonus packs (to increase exp/credit income).

So far, my Chinese MBT line is up to tier 6. I am currently working on both tier 7 TDs (i.e. Centauro 120 and LAV-600). Light Tank is up to XM8 (Tier 8) for now, though I hate playing this class in higher tiers. The rest of the recon/AFVs/fire support vehicles are at Tier 5 only.

Only bad thing in PVE is that, the AIs tend to attack or aggro more towards the squishy vehicles. Probably Developers programmed them to respond that way to mimic actual players.

The new PVE maps introduced in 0.14 are huge, eg. Albatross and Cerberus. Complete with sand storm effects.

Unfortunately, I believe Tier 10s will not be coming out any time soon. As a lot of balancing and optimization still needs to be done. I am positive that things will improve with time.

Best commanders in my opinion are Freja and Juan Carlos.

I prefer Juan Carlos for the 15 seconds of road acceleration boost after firing.

The rest of the stats between the two are very much similar.

All my Tier 9 MBTs are at 100%. Just need the credits for to buy all of them now T_T...

I'm here waiting to buy all Tier 10 MBTs after patch today (hopefully).

Note that, C1 Ariete is the only MBT in that line with HEAT rounds. And it becomes an absolute beast with the armour upgrade and reload speed retrofits

XM1 and M1 Abrams feel really bad at that tier (before the buffs), therefore I cant really comment on their performance now.

For the Leo line (before buffs), the Leo 2 (Tier 7) was the worst. And at Tier 8-9 it becomes stale The Leo 2A6 has EPIC front armour though

All my AFVs are at Tier 7 at the moment.

So far my Challenger 2 ATDU, XM1A3, Leopard 2A7-140 already have their respective 140mm guns.

XM1A3 and Leopard 2A7-140 both have their upgraded armor.

Because I went on spending rage for the above 3, I forgot about my T-14 Amarta.

Still doesnt have the 152mm gun yet but soon.

Retrofits are like extremely expensive at this tier.

To date, I feel that the ATDU and XM1A3 feel exactly like their predecessors (i.e. handling, armor, speed & agility) with the exception of the larger gun only. The 2A7-140 is a different beast entirely. The T-14 (imo), is too tall for its own good.

Out of the 2 new PVE maps, Ive been to Meltdown for several runs. A fast paced map, especially at the start where everyone has to charge to the dam before AIs destroy it = Instant Fail.

However, it seems like PVE rewards have been adjusted after 0.15, not earning as much (even with premium time on)
