He left and without giving me the 4 user ID and passwords, even after I tried requesting for a couple of days.
My men has also checked that only 3 line is working, and they are far from the claimed package speed at all. Attached below are the sms proves of conversation, my shop front and the package that I registered for. The installer's name is Mr. Kumar.
I do not think it is reasonable to have me pay the monthly charges starting on October 2015, because up to today (6 Oct 2015) I still didn't get my User ID and password. What's more revolting is that he charged me a total of RM 1150.
I have tried to ask again at 7 Oct. And the technician still hasnt Send me my passwords and Username.
I would really appreciate that your company would take immediate action to solve my problem as this is a 2 years contract under my name and a faulty services and product is delivered to me.

"Hi and thanks for dropping us a feedback.
Let us check on this & come back to you within 1 working day, if not sooner."
