I am a principle card holder of the WISE card and have a supplementary card for my wife. Checked online and found that the Annual Fees was being imposed in both of my cards - $160(Main) + $80(Sup)
Recently I've called up the call centre to cancel my supplementary card and I thought I can at least get rid of that $80. The card was cancelled however received my online statement and but the $80 AF for the sub card still being imposed in my statement. Called up the call centre for 2nd time and ask, the operator replied "you want to cancel the card, we just help you to do so but you will still have to pay for the AF because it is already charged to your account"!!! What kind of reply the stupid operator giving to their customer. And I was not being informed about this on the first time I called to cancel the card. Is that the way HLB treating their customers? Force them to pay the AF for NOTHING!!!!
What can I do now? Seeking advice & help from cc experts here.
