Want to double confirm the cash rebate date, I just got my Oct statement on 28th. As per #1 post, is it Oct spending's CB will reflect only on 28th Nov?

I change my statement date from 9/10 to 28/10 in Oct, where I had 14 transactions >RM50 in October. But when i question them when will I get CB for October, I got below reply...

On top of statement, anyone kena charge for CREDIT SHIELD PLUS? I have never sign or agree over the phone, this really annoying mad.gif

As per system, you are not entitled for the cashback as there are only 8 transactions.

In order to get cashback, customer must charge minimum 10 times of minimum RM50 each on any retail transaction for our system to start compiling cashback to customer. If customer use card only 5 times in that month, not entitled for any cashback.
