To set SMS alert, we have to submit the form to HLB branch. Do we still need to take Q number or can just pass to customer service counter (if there is any). Never enter HLB before.

since i will be going to the branch, maybe will ask them help to do the ATM pin thingy too. Looks complicated. QUOTE 1 If you do not have your credit card ATM PIN, please request through our Customer Service at 03-7626 8899. 2. Once you receive your PIN mailer, you are required to change the PIN number to your own 6-digit ATM PIN at any Hong Leong Bank's ATM before you can proceed with the registration or reset. So means once I obtained my card, I call CS to get then PIN. The PIN will be told to me verbally, sms or delivered via mail? Once I got the PIN, I go to ATM to my own 6 digit PIN. Using this 6 digit PIN only i can register online? Am I correct?

QUOTE(victorywp @ Jan 30 2016, 02:51 PM) the pin will be mailed to you separately. once you get the pin go to atm to change it. then register your phone and only you can start to register online. ok so will wait for it so that can settle in one go. register phone with who?

QUOTE(sj0217 @ Jan 30 2016, 06:19 PM) What I did on my Wise card last time, - about SMs alert, go to branch, ask them help to fax to HQ, they just do without asking much... - how to get pin register online ? The staff help to do also on the spot, just wait 5 min, staff said the PIN will send by email, just follow instruction will do, I have no need go to ATM and change PIN, just register from online and got it This is even better, so no need to call CS to get the PIN delivered via snail mail. But when you said PIN will sent by email, meaning wait for that email and use that PIN to register? Then how you set your TAC if didnt go ATM? p/s I think my card is lost in the mail liao. My MBB and PBB SUPP statement also missing

QUOTE(sj0217 @ Jan 30 2016, 06:47 PM) Done by the staff too, as I asked how about internal banking ?? She just ask me fill up the form by providing phone number and email address After that, wait for 5 min and done... I remembered there have 3 option to register online banking from their website, one of it was using your credit card and PIN number (From email), few min all done... That was really efficient I collected my card from branch A and ask about online banking, but advice me to call CS... Then I hold first since I need to fax SMs alert form. The next day I go another branch, they were able to help anything from my query alright thanks. if can get staff to settle all, then better. i always worried that ATM will telan my CC.

eh suddenly thought of one thing. can I make payment thru uobpayonline without going to the branch/ATM to register TAC? UOBpayonline will send TAC to our mobile, so will it still be able to do so? Thought of making payment right away

QUOTE(kawteem @ Feb 4 2016, 10:33 AM) Doesn't this paywave feature expose us to more security issues? Especially if we've lost/misplaced the cc? i agree. i am wondering whether we can disable the paywave function.

It just appear on the screen and cant be saved. Is it the same for you guys? This post has been edited by Human Nature: Feb 4 2016, 06:35 PM

QUOTE(tunyi92 @ Feb 5 2016, 06:47 PM) Dear Sifus, I'm planning to get a Wise card soon for the cash back. I just want to re-confirm whether am i doing it right for the best cash back utilization. Im choosing utilities and petrol (these are the minimal spending figures) TNB bills, 3xx = 50x6 swipes (via UOBonline) Maxis- 1xx=50x2 swipes (via maxispay) Petrol -155=50x3 swipes (swipe petrol pump) So there are about roughly 600, i will help out my family to pay telco bills which is about 250 Plus syabas bill around 50 (via Uobonline), is IWK bill consider utility ? the rest 100 i will find something to top up... Is it good to go? thanks alot in advance ~ IWK is not under utility. Yes, good to go from your example. Just a note, the min no of RM50 siwpes to trigger the CB is 10. Went to branch to fax sms alert form and register for online banking. All done.
I notice they have a form to request for annual fee waiver. While I know that the AF for Wise is not waivable, has anyone tried submitting that form officially?
Received an sms:
receive a welcome gift of your choice from gemfive when you register for HLconnecct.
Any idea where can I find more info about this fro the website?

Let's see if I get this right:
My card is approved on 26 Jan 2016.
1. The 10 swipes need to fall in a calendar month, so it is 1-29 Feb 2016, 1-31 March 2016, etc
2. For 1-29 Feb 2016 swipes, the CB will be credited on 28 March 2016.
3. Statement cycle is not related to CB cycle.
