Regarding the activation of WISE credit card, we should first send SMS to obtain temporary pin.

Then, we need to convert temporary pin to permanent pin at Hong Leong ATM. For this step, should I insert the WISE credit card into Hong Leong ATM?

Second question:

In term of the appearance of the card, what is the difference between WISE Gold Card and WISE Platinum Card? Just the word 'Platinum' on WISE Platinum Card? I wrongly thought that WISE Gold Card would have golden wordings. rclxub.gif

I called HLB to activate my card though.

My card's embossed wording is in gold colour.

I paid SADA bills through M2U as UOBpayonline does not cover it. Got 10%, no problemo.

Anyone successful to add HLB Wise into maybank online, M2U as additional favourite credit card? I received an email mentioned my request was rejected. Btw, anybody had added this Wise CC & paid for unifi/STREAMYX & received 10%rebate for utilities? As I know, in M2U; IWK, SYABAS, TNB, TELEKOM/UNIFI is under Utilities payment... :-P

one more verified is SADA.

By now, the pin you received is still temporary one, not permanent? By look of it, it is unavoidable to go to the Hong Leong ATM to insert WISE credit card, and to generate the permanent pin.

Yes, permanent pin is not needed for now, as pin-based transaction is not fully implemented in Malaysia. Still, I want to get it done now.

After activating the card, can we straight way call the Customer Support to change the statement date? I will definitely not be using this card till next month, because it is next to impossible for me to spend 10 X RM 50 in the remaining half month of October.

he was asking the same question as yours la. he thought utilities payees listing in m2u == listing for 3rd party card bill payment (which is very limited)

so far, ppl confirmed TNB/SYABAS via uobpayonline, and surprisingly SADA via m2u.

Why do you need the pin? Since you already have HLB Connect. Even though they sent me the pin but I didn't bother to use it.
I called CS to activate my card and activate for online transactions else I cannot use it for UOBPayOnline.

As for statement date, I'm not sure if you can change it as it's the same statement date as my MACH. Another thing is even you don't use it, nothing will be charged right? The cycle is based on calendar month and not statement month.

last i checked, the bill dates are 1 2 3 4 5 7 11 16 17 19 20 22 23 25 26 29 30 31

i prefer my bill date and PDD, payment due date (bill date + 20 days) falls within same month, so it's easy to track.

if cross month, sometimes the PDD ±1 day, messes up my notifications blink.gif

Lol yes, I confirmed it. I saw it from the list from MBB website. So just tried a small amount. Saw it tagged as Utilities in Wise statement.

Guys, I have spent RM 750 on my Wise Card now.

Pending for RM 77.72 for TNB and RM 39.10 for Digi.

How should I maximize this payment now?

Actually for TNB total outstanding plus total charges will be RM 127.50, should I pay in full or just pay the due amount to maximize cash back? Thanks. smile.gif

Pay digi RM45, TNB RM85 and Groceries RM55. Gao dim, can adjust from there also, like increase RM50 for TNB, then reduce RM50 from Groceries.
