!Umobile still send bill after I change to Prepaid, How to deal with this?

After I switched to Prepaid from postpaid a MONTH ago, Umobile STILL sending bill to my relatives house with all my private numbers. HOW to make this stop? So troublesome. Thanks!

Already did, still they sent. Today I went directly to Hq, so now hopefully after this they stop
