Hi,
I have applied 3 times in last one week and Maxis keep rejecting our requests to port out stating to system is down, please resubmit again. I have been calling daily 2 times but the customer care replies are inconsistent, few say system is back UP and resubmit again while other say system is still down. I have a travel plan but maxis is TOTALLY GIVING DEAF EAR to our complaints. No call backs, no ETA, no assurances, are you guys running on single path plan with no standby system or backup?
This is totally unacceptable. We need call backs with ETAs when this issue will be resolved OR port out our number with an alternate system. Enough with Maxis madness.
