Bare unit - some left over furniture as long as tenant doesn't mind. Otherwise, clear everything including curtains.
Fully furnished - basically like a studio apartment minus those movable electrical items like kettle and rice cooker, expect to move in and be fully functional apartment. Lights, TV, Astro, sofa, beds, curtains, fridge, automatic washer, aircon, dining area, complete kitchen, water filtration, shower heater etc. Low end apartments may omit some luxurious fittings. High end one may want to include decorative items like wall photos etc like angmoh standard... |

Bare - At least have some lamps, fans, grille and floor tile/pvc mat. Also I think curtains should be included too. You don't want to hear neighbours complaint about seeing creepy silhouette at your house.
