Not entirely sure if it does help with fat loss.

But you can get powdered coffee (blends) from the supermarket. Cheaper ones are like Nescafe and Nescafe Gold (not the instant 3 in 1 ones). More expensive blends are also available in the supermarket or you can look for special blends from Starbucks and the hipster cafe's.

If you want to make coffee from scratch; get the beans and ground them yourself! You can look for them in specialty coffee cafe's.

Most fat burners main ingredient are caffein, coffee have caffein so yeah. It increase your base metabolic rest so it increase your calories burning which results in fat loss.

But do be mind that the body will adapt to it so if your purpose pf taking caffein to burn fat make sure yu cycle it like two weeks on 1 week off repeat.

I recommend kopi kapal api as it has 70+ % coffee beans instead of nescafe or any other brand which is 50% coffee bean. You can find it in any major super market

Yeah it helps in a way but don't expect it to do miracle.

There's a lot of things that can help lose fat but if you just sit there do nothing and eat all day long, not even god can help.

scientifically , caffeine does help . how much does it help ? I'm not sure .

based on my experience , the most significant result I had when I cut with caffeine , is the extra "kick" it gives me especially when I'm on a really low carb day

just go whack kopi o without sugar from Tesco la bruh , let it be Tesco brand or whatever , make sure there is nutrition value to show you how much MG of caffeine there is and value it accordingly

btw , as a side note , if you wanna grab extra caffeine from energy drink , check the sugar content(assuming you tryna cut) to see if it fits in your macro haha
