 Maxis Fibre disconnection problems, Hourly internet disconnection

Hi all,

Wanted to know if anyone in the forum had experienced that the Maxis Fibre Optic router disconnect every hour and then tries to re-establish the connection ?

I've installed Maxis fibre at my home since June and had raised a few complaints on the same issue where the internet connection gets disconnected on the 52 min of the hour and then re-establish the connection by router. This is really annoying when I am working from home via my office VPN especially when I am having a meeting on my CISCO IP Phone and the connection drops which my call went dead when it happened.

I even have the technical guy to come over and change the router on a Saturday and tested it for a whole day where it was working fine but it is back to square one again when I tried to work from home today.

Looking for some advise from some of you on how I can solve this problem but from my experience with Maxis helpdesk and contact centre, they have no clue how to solve this.

Never had this problem with Unifi before we switched over!
