Hello everyone,

I have to renew my insurance in a few days but no idea what are the available options. I have a 2010 Yamaha Lagenda 110Z. Last year I had Allianz. I had an accident and it took them 2 months to process the claim. Though it could also be the workshop fault, but in their estimate they told me 3 weeks.

So what do you suggest? Any company that can process claim faster? Any exprience on claiming insurance? How long did it take?

Also plus points, if they have towing service or road repair.

Also does it make a difference to get the insurance from post office or agent? Can the agent claim faster than the workshop?

For now I decided to go with Etiqa if I don't get any replies. On their website they say they do small claims in two days which is i want but that's for cars. I'm hoping it'd be the same for motorcycle.

Actually just realised etiqa doesn't provide insurance for motorcycle anymore...
