deleted CRT few times. But unsubscribe couldn't be done. Kindly help to slove this issue.

mine.. credit already deducted even after delete CRT before new renewal cycles begin. Sent msg thru app to CS and they delete CRT within minutes. But no refund. Why forcing us to subscribe this nonsense CRT thing la MAXIS? *131# menu to delete CRT won't work some more.
