can set resistance? when i switch to Joule mode, then it came C/F, then set temp, then set coil. then back out d.

and when exit setup, it shows 15J 400F but my resistance drops to 0.05ohm. dono where to set resistance like u said

yea that was my mistake. didnt expect it to be that low, lesson learned, next coil will make more wraps. but with a D2, wattage don seem to matter anymore

apparently kanthal/nichrome can use TC mode as well.

all u nee to do is change to TC mode > set temp (i set it at 450F) > exit then set resistance by pressing + and - button together and u r good to go.

firing not as 'fierce' as using Power mode on D2 so i find it very useful when my coiling is lower ohm at 0.4...

at least in Joule mode the value actually makes a difference unless in Watt mode lol.
