I think there is just not that many owner here of this project since the scale is kindda small n a fairly new developer..

So not many photo update or news about the project like other threads..

That guy told me is not sales person, but person in charge which bring me to the site. Starting next year them start for Semi-D and end of 2018-2019 for condominium. Have you guys heard that have a space for rumah selangorKu at Semanja? Them call it affordable house.

Gila wei. I ask how much is it the deposit for the Syabas n TNB the agent mention is 5k... doesnt sound right.

halo halo all taikor..taikajie...newbie here. Buyer of Semanja...alot of issues. felt cheated here... From day 1 pay booking they already giving headache... and just read safrul45 said - completion Type B end of 2019?! we were told end 2018...............

When first made booking, we were told they will only bank in once we got approval from bank. We haven't receive any info from bank they went bank in our cheque dy! Kelam kabut we have to make sure the current acc got sufficient $$. When we argued they say their Finance bank in aredi...no choice. Hubby is going to the sales gallery and ask them details. have to waste half day leave and check.

I think u better get an actual breakdown to each payment they ask for. They seems very blur ppl sometimes

Yeah, thats what I heard from them.. but calm, sales person only know how to 'hanky-panky' people.. See, type A started middle 2016 (april, if not mistake), and targeted finish 2018 (april), plus minus there it takes 3 years to complete. Type B started this year (Feb/march), then how come can do so fast? 1-2 year only? hehe..

Them also said all unit is sold out already (including the show unit), but I saw at facebook there have agents still promoting this house.. I dont know la.. biggrin.gif

But now I feel not comfortable with them when them like forcing me (soft method) to settle and pay MOT, ASAP.. last time said after VP... not so soon.. now become lain already.. this what I mean 'hanky-panky' biggrin.gif


What im expecting is MOT is the last payment.. Syabas + TNB before that.. then nothing to pay after that.. now like terbalik.. doh.gif

I think it is because them got master title already and ready to split to us. Maybe them expected master title will out by 2018 (Q1) but it came faster than what them expected. Thats why looks like them don't want waste time to clear all the MOT issue.

Like type A buyer now getting a call about MOT because of earlier them didn't get master title yet. Now them got it so them chase us (both buyer A &B) to settle this (MOT) soon as possible.

If I'm not mistake the master title covered all the project site.
