hello,

looking to replace my D2 adjustable, wanted comfort and stability.

Prefer the conventional absorber type, so don't recommend me anymore adjustable.
I'm not driving fast too. around 150-180km/hr

was told to go for Sachs or performax, then pair it with a sport spring like GAB.

I tried APM performax before, was good on normal road etc but when high way, the whole car seems to be flying.

Budget: RM 1K
Ride: perdana evo3

try asking maddriver if he still sells his  servicable shocks.

EDIT: here is another idea... revalve ur D2 to a comfort level of ur choice. try contacting FTuned racing...they should be able to do it.

Maddriver drives a perdana too?

Sorry, what do you mean by revalue the existing adjustable.

Was told that it's already at the softest and each time we are on the normal road.. we are screaming and it's a boat ride.

Adjustable is not for us..

Prefer stock.. Monroe is expensive.. cost Rm240 each, without spring.

I'm actually think of kyb excel g.. basic model and pair it with performax sport spring or gab sport.

Kyb excel g and pair with a sport spring like performax or gab. Is it a good combination?

Or I should just stick to stock sprint.

its not so much the method, is more towards how people kept wanting to lower their car thinking it handles better (although id reckon people just think it looks cooler/better without the supposedly ugly fender gap)

does lowering really helps in handling?

I tried sport spring before.. each time when I go back Ipoh and drive through their road and humps..
i'm cursing and swearing..
I had to go 45 degree in order not to scratch the front bumper..

is it true that for turbo engine like evo3, I must stick back to adjustable suspension?

I can't use stock susepension due to the heavy engine weight?

you try to guess evo x stock suspension is on adjustable or not.

after so many pages you still cannot understand what we were trying to say?
