Tiong Nam Logistics Holdings Bhd (TNLHB) will spin off its warehouse into REIT in 2H2016 Below is the key features:- a. REIT could have market cap of RM1 bil b. TNLHB will retain 40% in the REIT c. Offer DY of 7% d. TNLHB may or may not distribute dividend in specie to shareholders e. Managed 78 warehouse

Interesting, so its not the usual office, mall, residental REIT but lists its warehouse assets. That is the first kind I heard.

Actually hor.. for WH.. 7% is a bit on low side.. for a hodge podge / rojak of 78 warehouses. In comparison.. Atrium with 4 solid WH in Klang Valley is yielding at 8.6% now... I SKIP* This post has been edited by gark: Oct 5 2015, 01:45 PM
