ok now Klopp officially become manager at Liverpool, how much time you guys can give to Klopp to turn thing around?

2 years? 3 years?

taking the example from MU as the hype they giving to LVG last season, and now already have the thought of changing manager

Question: Assuming Klopp won't be able to turn us into top 4 anyway this season, would you rather see us finishing out of Europa places meaning maybe 7th so that he can have a clean season to start and work with next season without all the distraction or is a Europa league place the minimum?
*
Given the constraints thrown to him..this will be his honeymoon year. I dun expect him to win anything now but im more interested in seeing how he can inject his energy and effort into this stale team.

Next season I will expect him to challenge for top 4 but wont call for his head if he fails.

3rd season, a CL spot is a def a minimal target. Anything else is a bonus. Again the progress must be visible and measurable. I have high hopes on this guy.

Last you heard? Since the inception of the Premier League, the only Englishmen to have managed Liverpool are Roy Evans and Roy Hodgson.

If you are talking about non-British managers in the history of Liverpool though, there is Houllier, Rafa and now Klopp.

Maybe after benitez left, all those fans chanted wanna have Englishmen as manager only, there comes hogson, danglish, and rodges. Anyway, good to see on of the most prominent manager going to work in EPL. He is one of the guy that I feel magical along with diego simeone after morinho...

I guess he will win something, European perhaps. This guy won't pass a season without trophy...

Stop expecting instant success. He did not won any trophies with Mainz. He did not win any trophies for Dortmund in his first 2 years apart from a cup equivalent to our Community Shield.

Dont bet on it. To me, the most important thing is restoration of team reminiscent of Rafa's Liverpool. Well not as defensive as Rafa but im referring to the competency standpoint.

Competency as in we go approaching every game with 3 points as target and not sending a B team in a european tie hoping for a draw!

i'll be happy if he win a trophy in 3 years and qualify back to back ucl. the competition to qualify for ucl spot is getting tougher and we cannot rule out italy chances of stealing a ucl spot from bpl, judging how bpl club recently fare badly at europe competition. city bad form in ucl continues, arsenal probably wont make it to next round, mu is still a doubt and even the ever reliable mou having a bad season at chelsea. if possible i hope liverpool can go far in europa, who knows maybe we can win it.

It seems like Barcelona produced a lot of talented players and Mainz produced two great manager. One is Klopp, our current manager and the other is Thomas Tuchel who is the current Borussia Dortmund's manager. Hmm.. hmm.gif
