Changing to nano sim or micro sim

Hi all,
I have a micro sim card that I want to convert to nano sim but it is a supplementary line (part of family package). The principal or owner is not local and won't be able to come in person.
Can I still change it at Maxis?

nope. unless u have the owner IC with u when u visit maxis store.

you can but u need photostat IC copy of the owner and authorized letter from the owner
