Recently I bought a kenwood ddx7035bt and I want to play video files from my USB. I have changed the format to mp4, avi and etc but the player still read the file as not supported. Is there a proper way to make sure the video can be play by the headunit? please advice.

video resolution need to be same as display 800 x 480. the one i tried is mkv format. just need to convert usual 720 or 1080 to exact resolution as the display. it works.
btw im using 5035bt which is same as 7035bt but lower specs.

"cit" is digital noise. first check your source to make sure original file doesnt hv this. if ori file ok then try to convert again. so far i dont hv any problem with converted file. both video n audio is good.
