Recently I bought a kenwood ddx7035bt and I want to play video files from my USB. I have changed the format to mp4, avi and etc but the player still read the file as not supported. Is there a proper way to make sure the video can be play by the headunit? please advice.

"cit" is digital noise. first check your source to make sure original file doesnt hv this. if ori file ok then try to convert again. so far i dont hv any problem with converted file. both video n audio is good.
