I updated the versiom but i dont see those addition features.
Example,

- NOTES - cannot see the drawing or scribble features
- BATTERY SAFEMODE - Dont see it unless it is for iphone only.
- MULTITASKING - cannot see icon to drag the features.
- PIP - dont see it either. used std video to run but cannot see the icon on top left as claimed.

Can anyone advise? I thght it is appliable to Ipad 3 too.

I can paste photos but no handwriting in notes
When i do a search in Notes , it hangs

it is probably turned off due to the hardware not able to support those function properly. Apple does that for older hardware. It's for the better cause apple knows it will slow down the machine a lot and users will complain.
