Hello guys,

I have just changed to U28 plan recently and I have opt for e-bill.. I found out that RM 3 will be waived if I opt for e-bill but I was still charged RM 28 (before GST) monthly.

Is there a new policy that there will no fees waived even if I changed to e-billing? Anyone can clarify on this? If possible, please elaborate, I have been contacting Umobile Support Centre and they have been replying me in very short sentences that don't really answer my questions. Sigh..

Thanks in advance! =D

I see. I thought it was supposed to be RM 25 instead of RM 31. Never thought of that cause previously when I haven't opt for e-bill, they still charge RM 28. Thanks anyway
