Please check case no. 16868053. I know that you have make an appointment with me, but please make sure the technician come! Because we have to leave for holiday the following day.

Please no delay in doing this, since we have no internet since 1st october, 2015. shakehead.gif

As expected, maxis is always late for everything. Think you need some training for you team to be punctual!

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply. Based on checking, our technical team has already made a site visit with the TM contractor at around 10.30am, today. They have found out that there is due to port connector faulty. They have changed the connector and tested service is successful. Kindly revert if the issue is still persisting.
