twitch.tv throttle

Hello,
I am on Maxis Home Fibre 10Mbps in Taman Sutera area, Johor Bahru. As per the title, I believe the website twitch.tv is being mistakenly throttled by Maxis between 8pm to 2am. twitch.tv is a video streaming website mainly for games. During normal times, I am able to stream high quality videos (at least 720p) no problem. However, during the aforementioned period, I am unable to do the same (even 360p videos stutter and i am stuck at 144p most of the time) which is ridiculous. I understand that Maxis throttles p2p and other services during this time and that is no issue with me. For further information, other websites (such as youtube) are not throttled during this time. I do not believe it has anything to do with my connection specifically since other websites are fine. This has been going on ever since I upgraded to Home Fibre (so about 8+ months). I am only voicing this now since I was deeply affected by this problem recently trying to view very important content on that website. Please look into this matter and act promtly.

Hi TwinkleT, Sincere apology for such delay in responding to your concern Pertaining on your concern, there was an ongoing rectification work in progress wherein home fibre internet users may experience difficulty in browsing in between the period of 8pm to 2am At this point, the mentioned issue has been resolved recently. We would appreciate if you could monitor and observe the performance at the said time period and revert back to us if you faced similar occurrences Thank you
