 C drive is full, how to transfer to D drive

As per title,
i want to transfer to D drive those document

how to perform transfer in proper and safety way?

Highlight those documents that you want to copy in C:/ and drag onto whatever folder in D:/

highlight the file you wanted to move , cut (ctrl+X). Go to D drive and paste ( ctrl +v) it there.
If you copy the file, the file is still in your C drive .

copy first, then double check all files are there, then only delete the original.

first.. what exactly u transfering??? data or window file? installer file?? you cant just simply change the file for installation eg: game to another drive.. ur application wont work..
