the dimension is 20' x 35', lesser
nice rendering from SketchUp. If you wanna get the estimation accurately, you can just provide the floor plan layout, which is current layout and the new layout you wish to build, and provide the desire wall height .
Renovations very depend on the method and materials you would like to use, else you probably get a figure pluck from the air, and the range will be very different.
For your renovation cost estimation, you need to look into:
1. Dry Wall or Brick Wall?
2. New Electrical point, lighting point, Ceiling fan point, aircon point, new power socket etc
3. New Ceiling or Existing Ceiling?
4. What kind of Doors?
5. Tiles, or existing Tiles
6. Painting
After all you can decide fittings you like:
1. Lighting, Aircon, Ceiling Fan
2. Lose Furniture
3. Electrical Appliance like Tv ....
Hope this help
