[Personal preferences]1 ms 1080p monitor, i7, 16gb ram, also don't need OS and want any DVD-RW (internal if possible) If can fit overclock build will be nice, if not then a non overclock build would be good also. R9 390 will be also good xD

is the value ram the green ram ? 😂 and can i change the monitor to a freesync 1ms 1440p monitor for the non overclock build ?
