Happy new year to all of you, this my first time sharing my rig and i must admit i'm a complete noob when it comes to tech. Any problem i straight run to nearby PC shop, usually it's Czone in digital mall. Today, i would like to request some suggestions on the rig below.

[Budget] Below 3.5k

[Purpose] Heavy gaming and work

[Hardwares that will be re-use] Cooler Master Casing, Dell monitor, Logitech keyboard, logitech mouse, SSD, HDD

[Monitor resolution] 1280 x 1024

[Games & softwares that use frequently] Firefox, Gmail, Excel, Powerpoint, Paint, Picture manager, movies, arkham knight, fallout 4, witcher 3, gta 5, and all new RPG games

[Personal preferences] none

[Location] PJ, Selangor

I'm at a dilemma on what to replace and some i want to keep given the tight budget, is it possible to run Arkham Knight and all other new games at 60 fps and full setting given my budget? Thank you LYN-ers
