i strongly recomend u this build, for minimum

i would go for 3RD build,
i74770 is much powerfull than xeon 1231 V3,
it have SSD n more RAM,
sell of that GTX760 for cheap RM500,
n just grab ZOTAC GTX970 AMP! CORE RM1599,
or Sapphire R9390X RM1799
that shud be more than enuff,
u dun nid GTX980 that much if oni gaming on 1080p

if u do sell GTX760 n get GTX970, that build gonna cost RM2800-500+1599=3899

if u can find comfast brand, it it better, as it is cheaper than TPLINK brand,

last time i bought the 150mbps, only cost RM45

if u getting the TPLINK brand, for 300mbps high gain gonna cost more than RM90
