Not sure what you meant by "normal use", if your normal use is basic web browsing, watch movie/video, some job tasks, then 1.5K is enough actually, this build is just to max out your budget.

Based on your usage, the internal GPU of the processor is enough, no need to get dedicated low end GPU, it won't give any performance improvement.

A 24 inch BenQ monitor is included in the build just in case you missed it   

If it is also for gaming then yes, you need a dedicated GPU, but you never state it in the beginning so I didn't include it.
